It’s great that you are looking to certify your building using BREEAM. Below you will find two options of how I could help you, which vary depending on how involved you would like to be in the certification.
Option 1. Full Experience
- If you prefer letting me handle it all - more hands off experience
- I handle all the document collection and writing of validations
- I handle all the communications with the assessor
- You only need to give me the documents and allow me to visit the building
- You receive the certificate

Looking for an assessor for your In-Use or New Construction? Look no further, I am a BREEAM NL In-use and New Construction Assessor, as well as an International In-Use Assessor.
Frequently Asked Questions
In Option 1, I take full responsibility as your BREEAM expert—you simply provide the necessary project input. In Option 2, you are the expert, and I act as your support: checking your work, helping write validations, and guiding you where needed.
If your goal is to gain hands-on experience, I highly recommend Option 2. It turns the certification into a learning process, and I’ll fully back you up throughout the journey.
Unfortunately, no—I can’t fill both roles in the same project. If you choose Option 1 (me as the expert), I’ll connect you with a trusted assessor. If you go with Option 2, however, I can potentially be your assessor too, which creates a smoother and more efficient process.
You get an assessor who also has expert-level experience. That means I can offer insights, help fine-tune your approach, and make the whole process more streamlined. It also saves you time and money—no middleman needed. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to be more hands-on.
