Can I skip the scan and go straight into improvements or certification?
You can, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Without a scan, it’s hard to know what actually needs attention—or where you’re already doing well. The scan acts as a smart starting point, saving time and avoiding unnecessary costs later.
How much time or input is needed from my side?
Very little. You’ll need to share some basic building information and any existing documentation. I’ll guide you through the rest—keeping it as low-effort as possible on your end.
What types of buildings does the scan cover?
The scan works for all building types—offices, residential buildings, schools, warehouses, retail, and more. If your property can be assessed under BREEAM, WELL, or LEED, it qualifies for the scan.
I have a portfolio with multiple properties—can I scan them all?
