Which independent assessment does your project need?
I work solely as an independent assessor — objective, scheme-compliant and without conflicts of interest. Choose the route that fits your project.
BREEAM Assessor
Independent assessment of existing buildings (In-Use) and of new-build and renovation projects, through to submission for quality assurance.
GPR Gebouw Assessor
Independent validation of GPR Building calculations — required since 1 January 2026 for the certificate and for the MIA/Vamil tax scheme.
What an independent assessor does for you
An assessor is the independent party who verifies whether your project meets the formal requirements of the chosen scheme. I assess the submitted evidence objectively, record the assessment correctly and submit the file for quality assurance. I work independently of the project team: no conflicts of interest, but a clear, consistent and defensible assessment. Having worked on both sides of the table, I also understand how experts and project teams operate.
