Independent BREEAM Expert & Assessor helping building owners and consultants certify and improve existing buildings — with practical, well-founded sustainability strategies.

EnviroHill combines my surname with my mission: helping organisations make buildings greener, healthier and more future-proof.

As an independent consultant with certifications in BREEAM, WELL, GPR and LEED, I combine hands-on project experience with a flexible, personal approach. Whether it's a quickscan, expert guidance or support with certification — my goal is to turn sustainability ambitions into achievable steps.

Because I've worked as both an Expert and an Assessor, I know exactly what evidence, quality and wording a credit needs. That makes my assessments run smoothly and my guidance realistic.

Independence

I don't work from standard templates. My advice is tailored to the building, the ambitions and the operational reality — no generic checklist.

I work together with owners, facility managers and consultants to develop clear, workable solutions — no reports that disappear into a drawer.

My focus is on measurable, realistic improvements and honest assessments — even when that means fewer points are achieved, or progress happens step by step.

EnviroHill is deliberately a small, personal practice. You work directly with me — no layers in between, short lines of communication, and someone who knows your project from start to finish.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time writing, hiking and exploring ideas around the future of the built environment. Those moments away from projects are often exactly where the insights come from that later become practical solutions for my clients.
