Welke duurzaamheidsstandaard past bij uw project?
Verschillende projecten vragen om verschillende certificeringssystemen.
De keuze hangt af van factoren zoals locatie, type gebouw, investeerders, gebruikers en projectambities.
Hieronder een overzicht van de meest gebruikte duurzaamheidsstandaarden voor nieuwbouw.
BREEAM New Construction
BREEAM is de meest gebruikte duurzaamheidscertificering voor nieuwbouw in Europa.
Het systeem vertaalt duurzaamheidsambities naar concrete en controleerbare eisen voor ontwerp, bouw en oplevering.
Het helpt projectteams om duurzaamheid integraal mee te nemen in het ontwerp en levert een onafhankelijk geverifieerd certificaat dat de prestaties van het gebouw bevestigt.
Best voor: projecten die streven naar een breed erkende duurzaamheidscertificering en sterke marktpositionering.
WELL
WELL richt zich specifiek op gezondheid en welzijn van gebouwgebruikers.
Het systeem beoordeelt onder andere luchtkwaliteit, licht, comfort, water, beweging en mentale gezondheid.
WELL wordt vaak toegepast in projecten waar gebruikerservaring en productiviteit centraal staan.
Best voor: kantoren, campussen en organisaties die gezondheid en welzijn van gebruikers centraal willen stellen.
GPR Gebouw
GPR Gebouw is een Nederlandse duurzaamheidstool die gebouwen beoordeelt op energie, milieu, gezondheid, gebruikskwaliteit en toekomstwaarde.
Het systeem wordt veel gebruikt om duurzaamheidsambities inzichtelijk te maken en ondersteunt praktische besluitvorming in het ontwerp.
Best voor: projecten die behoefte hebben aan snelle duurzaamheidsinzichten, beleidsafstemming of duidelijke ontwerpsturing.
LEED
LEED is een internationaal erkende duurzaamheidscertificering voor gebouwen.
Het systeem wordt wereldwijd toegepast en maakt duurzaamheidsprestaties vergelijkbaar op internationaal niveau.
Het wordt vaak gebruikt bij projecten met internationale investeerders, huurders of portefeuilles.
Best voor: projecten met internationale stakeholders, globale huurders of internationale ESG-rapportage.
